BRED

Conducting an interview using the PADAPAC method. 360° simulations (VR), conducted in French.

Here, the user-learner is an advisor in a BRED branch, in his office. He receives a customer.

Several situations have been created. In the first, Mrs. Soleil pays an unexpected visit to discuss inheritance tax.

Secondly, Mr. Précis has made an appointment to discuss financing a property.

For these two conversation simulations, the BRED employee must use the PADAPAC method to complete the appointment, i.e. go through 7 steps:
