Management situation: helping salespeople to progress. 360° simulation, in French and English.‍

In this 360° video simulation, the user-learner takes on the role of the new manager of a Renault dealership.

He observes one of his colleagues in his sales interaction with a customer. He then interviews the employee for feedback.

The learner must develop and/or reframe a collaborator through questioning. The aim is to work on a manager-coach posture, giving feedback.‍
