Franprix

Familiarize yourself with the store environment through a 360° conversation simulation.

This 360° conversation simulation reproduces the working environment of a Franprix store.‍

The user-learner is a new employee and is received by the Franprix shop manager. This is an onboarding phase, or pre-boarding phase, where the user must become familiar with working in a shop.

He is immersed in several situations: shelving, cashing up, advising and guiding a customer in an aisle.

This collaboration between PITCHBOY and Franprix received the HR Innovation 2021 Coup de Coeur award in September. On October 21, it was also named Project of the Year by 150 HR departments at the Digital HR Awards organized by FUTURE OF HRin partnership with Deloitte.

‍Target: Integration of new Franprix employees, from 500 to 3000 recruitments per year.
Format: 360° simulation, conducted in French.
