Each year, these awards recognize the best digital learning projects and strategies developed within companies. The awards ceremony took place as part of the Solutions RH-eLearning 2023 European trade show. Composed of learning players from Clarins, Safran, Manpower, Canal+, Capgemini, Renault, Devoteam, SNCF and, of course, Féfaur, the jury recognized the qualities of the following project 1st project developed with Medtronic and rewarded it in the "Evaluation and Implementation" category.

This project immerses sales staff in a realistic@ work environment, where they confront healthcare professionals remotely. This digitalized F.E.S.T. (training in a work situation) approach maximizes the rate of transfer of knowledge to the field, and reduces the stress levels experienced by sales staff when trying out a sales method for the first time. Indeed, Medtronic's training teams have found that, out of fear of failure, most of their sales staff choose to stay in their comfort zone and put off applying what they have learned, with all the potential consequences this can have in terms of knowledge application, adoption of expected behaviors, and ultimately revenue generation.
