Language is the most natural of human communication systems. It enables us to make ourselves understood, to organize ourselves and to influence those around us. When used incorrectly, it can have serious consequences. "Language is the source of misunderstandings" warned Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in The Little Prince. That's why PITCHBOY has chosen to focus on analyzing it, putting it into situations and making the most of it. So that language becomes an ally and an opportunity for those who use it.

Convinced of the relevance of PITCHBOY's work, Socios proposes to present the work of this young, fast-growing company, rooted in the fast-changing training market.

"We are convinced that to train employees in a truly effective way, you need three things:1. The first is to be able to reproduce an environment as close to the real thing as possible. We achieve this through virtual reality and 360° video, which allows you to be immersed in an existing environment: a store, an office, a theater...2. Secondly, the employee needs to be put in a situation opposite a physical person (not a 3D avatar) representing: his typical customer, his manager, his colleague... This is what we call the "personae". It also needs to be staged in a context which is the one it needs to train for. Where PITCHBOY offers a unique experience is that, throughout their immersion, employees are invited to express themselves freely and naturally. There are no multiple-choice questions, just their voice. Everything he says, the way he expresses himself and asks questions, will be analyzed and will lead to a reaction, an answer or a question from his interlocutor.3. Finally, the third element, which we feel is essential, is to give the employee autonomy. Allow them to move forward at their own pace, to make mistakes, not to be judged or afraid of how others will look at them." Homeric de Sarthe, President of PITCHBOY

Thus, PITCHBOY proposes to use virtual reality tools to immerse the employee in existing and realistic situations and interactions. When dealing with customers, for example, the learner takes part in this virtual world and acts directly through his or her behaviour and language. And in order to generate positive experiences, each employee is free to choose the sessions they want, at the time they want, to test themselves, identify their mistakes and correct themselves, gradually.

In order to be as close as possible to real-life situations and to build relevant "personae", PITCHBOY and Socios have combined their respective know-how to combine the demands of training with the accuracy of the Human Sciences, thus proposing a unique offer on the training market.

"When you add the expertise of Socios to the realism of the video, and the personality and emotions of the virtual interlocutor (who is an actor who has been filmed), the result is a striking and effective situation that provides a real emotional anchor." Homeric de Sarthe, President of PITCHBOY
