You will work within the Sales & Marketing team, under the direction of the Marketing Director and in liaison with the sales team.
You will participate in the development of the digital marketing strategy, its operational implementation and the monitoring of actions taken.

- Design and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth, including customer acquisition, conversion and retention;
- Optimize existing channels (SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) and identify new customer acquisition channels;
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and market trends;
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure an optimal user experience and effective conversion of prospects into customers;
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the CRM (Hubspot) ;
- Design and implement e-mailing and retargeting campaigns to increase conversion rates and retain existing customers;
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to measure ROI and the effectiveness of growth initiatives;
- Develop relevant and regular content (blog posts, videos, e-mails, social network posts);
- Create occasional SEA campaigns, mainly on LinkedIn Ads;
- Keep a digital watch on the brand, its competitors and the market.
